This study seeks to explore the dimensions of the relationship between the new media and the literary field because it is an important field of knowledge and creativity. The study covers four axes: the introduction in the relationship between the new media and the literary field, the discussion and classification of the concepts, types and characteristics of the new media as an independent variable, monitoring the manifestations and types of interactive digital literature, the positive and negative implications of the new media on the literary field. The study is based on the quality of exploratory studies, which are based on qualitative analysis in the survey and review of the literature in various forms to determine the dimensions and trends towards the phenomenon of digital interactive literature, and the literature as a result of their use of the new media. The study concluded by defining the characteristics of digital literature as a product of new media, and the role of the new media in re-framing the relationship between literature and society.
